We cannot be held liable for anything that happens as a result of malicious software, virus, etc. that might affect your computer and is interfering with Sajilo CV showing corrupt data that you might click on and as an effect put your information at risk. 5. Warranty

Sajilo CV strives to provide the best service and products, but you understand and agree that Sajilo CV is provided “as is” and “as available” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Without prejudice, Sajilo CV does not warrant that:

  • Sajilo CV will be constantly available, or available at all.
  • The information on Sajilo CV is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
  • That Sajilo CV will meet your requirements.
  • That Sajilo CV will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure.
  • That Sajilo CV will be 24/7 active all the time.
  • Your data will be saved all the time in your account, and that data loss will never occur. However, we will do our best to make sure all the information is saved in your account for a flawless experience. Data loss is very unlikely.

Sajilo CV reserves the right to change the structure and design of the résumé, cover letter or other services when they can be improved, and there are benefits for the users. These changes are made according to our users’ feedback, research and after consulting HR experts.

We reserve the right to delete the Accounts if the user is misusing Sajilo CV or doing malicious activities, but we doubt this will be the case.

Your private details are encrypted between the client (YOU, as a user) and the server using an SSL certificate, to protect your data.

We reserve the right to change the price of our services when introducing new promotions, special packages or when changes are being made regarding taxes, VAT regulations or external factors such as inflation/deflation.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in agreement with the laws of Nepal. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

7. Changes

Occasionally Sajilo CV might change the terms. When such changes are made, Sajilo CV will make sure to provide you with prominent notice as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by displaying a prominent notice within Sajilo CV or by sending you an email. In some cases, we will notify you in advance. Please, therefore, make sure you read any such notice carefully.

8. Breaches of these terms of use

Without prejudice to SajiloCV’s other rights under these terms and use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, Sajilo CV may take such action as Sajilo CV deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to Sajilo CV, prohibiting you from accessing Sajilo CV, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing Sajilo CV, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to Sajilo CV and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to Sajilo CV immediately without prior notice or liability if you breach the Terms, or for any other reason, we consider justified. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including but not limited to: ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Sajilo CV reserves the right of deleting an account if there are signs of suspicious, unusual or harmful activities, therefore creating a potential danger for Sajilo CV. However, we highly trust and respect our users and we do not believe it will be the case to terminate someone’s account.
